Thank you for creating such a wonderful event system and for your tremendous customer service.

The Trust Event System has been a significant success in helping to advertise and organize our three major events this summer. It has not only allowed our alumni and
friends to register and pay online, cutting down on paperwork, but they have also been able to preview auction items, confirm start times, update their contact information and
email friends about the event.

Here are a few of the highlights of the Trust Event System:

*By using the Trust Event email system, instead of regular mail, we have saved on
both printing and postage of invitations.

Event 1-Vino de Mayo savings approx. $4,500
Event 2-Golf Tournament savings approx. $3,800

*We also saved roughly 7 hours/wl in staff time in the month leading up to the event (28 hours total) by managing the event in one database where the guest list and contact information was pre-populated.

*As part of the golf tournament all payments from the auction were processed tlwough the Trust Event System rather than an outside vendor. This saved more than $4,000 in fees and 8 hours of staff time.

*The Trust Event System has also significantly improved our accounting for all events. The System allows us to provide accurate and up to date information on income, expenses, sponsors and participants creating better relationships with our event volunteers.
